What experiences have people had with delineating moon saturn contacts.. ..anything beyond the obvious "glass half empty", .tendencies to pessimism or depression ?

I've had a few clients who have that. But I decided to not toss it out at them. Since other things in the chart didn't support it. So I usually just say it in a quick blurb such as a "Realistic and sober emotional nature, sometimes subject to pessimism"
I can only relate to it when it transits my own chart. I tend to be more organized and saturnian in my days when Moon is conjuncting Saturn. And being a water sign pisces, I enjoy the structured approach to my daily task for a change.
Also in horary charts I tend to think that Moon conjuncting Saturn is always a pretty bad sign. Since saturn is a malefic in the definition of classical astrology. Regardless of it being a significator in the horary chart. I tend to think if the moon is conjuncting that it would feel like a huge depressive weight of the reality of the situation.

11 out of 15 case studies that I conducted on the qt through my contacts at the Clarke Institute during the summer of 2003, showed that the most common aspect found in these charts was one of 3 moon / saturn contacts...believe it or not, it wasn't the square which was most troublesome, or even the opposition...it was the conjunction...therefore, I deduced ( from my limited research, that thew Moon/ Saturn conjunction was the more common of the 3 most common charts aspects found in the charts of persons who have been diagnosed with clinical depression. 2 years later...I 'read' and had much this confirmed in Richard Idemon's " Through the Looking Glass "...apparantly a required reading for the CAAE's Level 4 Relationships crse.
Much has been written about moon saturn ...if you have the time or the inclination, anyone can scour the internet and easily find a deluge
What ever way you look at it, the bottom line is this; The energies of the moon and saturn , simply are not compatible..no matter what sign they are in.
...and remember...applying is always more difficult, than separating aspects.

since then, I have met / done chart work for or seen the charts of over a dozen people with a moon/saturn conjuction; ALL of whom have been diagnosed with depression, and ALL of whom have been on or are still taking anti-depressants.
