Hello.
Nice site design. Okay, I need your advice.
So, I wanna make online-shop, and I am looking for site template.
Can you suggest some online store or other resource where I can find many site templates?
It would be better if it will be free:)
I think many of us have personal sites, do you design it yourself?

This is probably not the right forum for this discussion. As Administration Talk is probably the better area. But I'll answer it anyways.
For the most part I custom design most things. And take an original source code and modify it.
As far as an on-line store, you could use Paypal to process the transaction and take care of credit card transaction. Other than that just do a google for open source code using keywords such as:
on-line store ASP open source freeware
online store PHP open source freeware.
